All my Accounts have been hacked-

I have 2 devices this iphone15 and an iPad older version.

the imposter owns a mac, Apple Watch and Vision Pro. I have had him harassing me for 6 months now. He set up family sharing stole all my social media apps and apps like telegram, discord he took all my crypto and the telegram apps. He uses Apple TV etc . I have constantly asked Apple support for help and that is pointless.

i decided to reset iPhone change my number snd I set up different Apple IDs and he found me immediately. He is extremely sophisticated with tech. He uses digital certificates so he blocks me by applying tab and pin restrictions to my find my location. He then set up a card contact using my number but duplicating the whole of my settings apps etc. today he finally took my iCloud with him which is all about important documents and family videos of the 3 daughters I have from infancy to adult hood. I managed to keep him away from it all until today he struck me by using Face ID. So he became the authorised person on my account. He comes and goes as he pleases .

he uses all I have facetii look me I message he’s got and licked me out of y telegram making me pay for his subscriptions. I will be disputing the charges but almost 4 years of developing and crypto everything gone within a fewminutes.

he is based in US I live in UK and yet by using digital certificates it allows him with more powers than facial id and other bio metrics. I need to know how to keep him out.

For your Apple Account/iCloud, set up a Recovery Key. Make sure you write this 28 character key down and don't misplace it as it will be required for account access and without it, even you will be locked out of your account.

Make sure you do not have any Developer Certificates on your device or post a screenshot of what you see at Settings > General > VPN & Device Management for confirmation.

As for FaceID authentication, that can never happen remotely as there is not even a method for it to be done that way. Your FaceID data is stored on the Secure Enclave of your device and it has NEVER been cracked. Your data is never sent over the internet and not even Apple has your data stored on their servers.

Compromised account from third party services are a different matter and each would need to be contacted to secure your account. It is not your device that is compromised in those cases, but fairly common to have an account compromised through phishing messages, especially when Social Media is involved. Crypto accounts are highly suspect and in some cases the provider is part of the scam. I would recommend these 2 Support Articles:

Where are you seeing the information about this person to know what devices they are using and where they live?

Family Sharing does not work across regions, so it sounds like there may be someone telling you information that may not be true.
