Does no ‘Delivered’ on iMessage mean I’m blocked?

I have my “send as text” turned off. So my last message doesn’t have the “delivered” underneath of it. If I was blocked by this person would it still appear that way, or is the phone just off?

You will have no indication if you are blocked and there are many reasons why you would not see "Delivered", such as they could have iMessage turned off, no cellular/wifi connection, and even the phone turned off. At other times, you would see the "Delivered" message even if it was not seen on another users device, such as if they have multiple devices where the message could be seen and not the one they are currently using. So in either case, the "Delivered" message is not able to confirm/deny that any message was actually seen by the recipient.
