Should I keep both autofill entries or delete one on my MacBook Pro website?

When I look at Autofill and Passwords I see multiple entries for the one site. For instance for my health club there are 2 entries. One says "xxx" and lists a username and a certain website, the other lists "xxx Health Clubs", my email address , and a different but similar website.

Question: Should I delete one of these entries , or they both necessary?

I am trying to reduce my digital footprint as far as possible.

Thank you.

delete one and compare your results, seem a logical test.

there is no way to speculate on your specific situation.

I hardly see either way it would "reduce my digital footprint" (?)
