Cannot verify payment information

My payment information won’t verify after I reset and updated my ITunes app when it wouldn’t accept purchases and that wouldn’t let me use my card to purchase anything in Apple Store. I don’t know if it’s a system issue on my side or Apple, but this happened yesterday and I tried to fix it following instructions from Apple support, but it’s still not working and my card is working fine with other stuff and I had used it a few days before this happened. What should I do?

Did you have a previous charge that failed to process due to lack of funds?
Do you have any charges in your Purchase History that are red or say Pending?

View your purchase history for the App Store and other Apple media services - Apple Support

If you did have a charge that failed, Apple will consider that payment method to no longer be reliable and it will not be valid for Apple Purchases. In that case, you would need to add a different payment method, as Apple will not continue to use one that has previously declined purchases.

No I didn’t, I only updated my ITunes app cause it wouldn’t let me use my card cause it kept sending me messages saying ITunes purchase setting wasn’t working cause I need to update it and after I did, it wouldn’t verify my payment information and told me to go to Apple support.
