Refund request for unauthorized purchases for TikTok app on App Store

Subject: Request for Refund Review – Unauthorized Purchase by a Minor

Hello,

I kindly ask you to review my refund request for the following purchases made in the TikTok application:

These purchases were made by a minor without my knowledge or permission. I am the owner of the account and the payment method, and I did not authorize these transactions.

Please take this into consideration and process a refund. I have already taken measures to prevent such purchases from happening again in the future.

I kindly ask you to reconsider your initial decision and resolve this issue.

As we are all Apple users, like yourself, in this community, no-one here has access to your accounts or details in order to review them. We'd like to help, however. Apple is unlikely to see your post here.

It seems the unauthorized purchases were in-app purchases which would have been used up in the game and, likely, over a time period. (ie: The app-developer may have the payments, rather than Apple.)
