Can’t get refund for ChatGPT subscription purchased via Apple

A week ago, I purchased subscriptions to both Gemini and ChatGPT via Apple billing. Unfortunately, Gemini lacked a key feature I was looking for, so I bought ChatGPT plus however despite several attempts, I couldn’t locate the account associated with the ChatGPT subscription. Frustrated, I decided to purchase ChatGPT Plus directly from their website.

On the same day, I requested a refund from Apple. They redirected me to Google and ChatGPT, who both confirmed they couldn’t issue a refund since the purchase was made through Apple. When I went back to Apple with this information, they closed my case and denied the refund.
