iPhone 16 stuck in boot loop during activation

My husband and I both just got iPhone 16 and my phone worked perfect during the activation my husband’s however it did not activate properly or something and now it is stuck in a boot loop.

iPhone 16 Pro Max keeps turning on and off with Apple logo during activation Today, I bought an iPhone 16 Pro Max from a Singapore local mobile shop. When I came home and tried to activate it, the phone keeps turning on and off automatically, only showing the Apple logo. That shop refused to change the phone, what should I do?
