App store keeps asking for Apple ID and password and giving error of updated terms and conditions

When i try to update an app on the app store it says updated terms and conditions then asks for my apple id password after that takes a long time asks for it again then just says error been stuck on this page for 2 months cant even call apple support from pakistan terrible support apple help me ASAP

Seems you can not sign in to the App Store with your Apple ID and password


Wondering if this is the first time you will use the App Store or iTunes on your iPhone:

Eg: You may need to:

Check you are signed in to your iPhone with the Apple (ID) Account and password you use for all Apple services, including App Store, FaceTime and Messages, iCloud etc

See how to: Sign in to your Apple Account on the web or in your device settings - Apple Support


Seems Apple requires we have a payment method listed in our Apple Account, even if we only intend to download free apps, for that first time we use the App Store or iTunes:

Payment methods that you can use with your Apple Account - Apple Support

g: says:

Pakistan

Most credit and debit cards

Apple Account balance (from adding funds)

NB: You may need to allow 24 hours for updates to come into effect.

Eg: says: Pakistan: Dial 00800 01001 first, then dial 800 361 0479
