Re: Missing Minecraft Realms purchase through mobile phone billing
Seems, if it is not listed in your purchase history, your purchase may not have been made from Apple ?
or
Perhaps Apple may have passed on your payment for you, in the same way that a bank does.
ie: A refund may need to come from the manufacturer or developer who has the money from the purchase
See Apple's info:
About purchases not billed through the App Store or the App Store’s In-App Purchase system - Apple Support
Eg: says:
"If you paid for an app, a purchase within an app, or a subscription outside of Apple’s ecosystem, contact the developer for billing support or a refund. Apple is unable to provide support for these purchases."
and
"You can easily tell what purchases you’ve made that are supported by Apple. View your purchase history
associated with your Apple Account.
If an app in the European Union offers only purchases outside the App Store ecosystem, a banner appears
on that app’s page in the App Store."
The above article has links near the bottom for contacting the app manufacturer or developer

You may be able to re-download the app you purchased, from the same place you bought and paid for it
Your proof of purchase may have details
Am no expert on this: Seems MineCraft online has info about requirements for setting-up "Realms"
(NB: This is a USA site, and in $US) https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/realms/how-buy-realm

If needed: More info If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support
Eg: You can scroll to:
" If you can't find the charge in your purchase history":
Eg: says: "If you can't find a matching charge at reportaproblem.apple.com, you can find out if you used another account to make a purchase". (More info in the article above)
