iCloud payment failure with UBL Visa debit card in Pakistan

Hello,

I’m trying to purchase iCloud storage using my UBL Visa debit card from Pakistan. The card is active, has balance, and is enabled for online/international payments. But the transaction is still failing.

My Apple ID region is Pakistan. I’ve tried removing/re-adding the card, restarting my phone, and changing storage plans — nothing worked.

Please help me resolve this issue.

If your card is simply saying it is declined then all Apple knows is it is asking your bank about the card and they are getting no reply or the reply is saying it is not valid. Contact your bank and/or try a different card.

I’ve got confirmation from UBL and they’re saying that UBL restricted Apple purchased due to some security reason, and the same problem I’m facing, now looking for alternative solution, sent email to apple but no response, even there is no any apple outlet not calling assistance in Karachi where we could get assistance.
