How to get help for iPhone without a SIM card?

So I don’t have a sim card in this iPhone- I have difficulties with my subscriptions -

so me as a loyal apple user - I have ABSOLUTELY NO OPTION to reach support?

got the support app - help via sms or call- both not an option - within app or mail - no option?
