AirPod Pro 2 - Right EarPod not charging anymore

I bought a month ago brand new AirPods Pro 2 A2968 to a official reseller.

After a week of light usage (like 2 or 2 times a day) the right EarPod stopped to recharge.

I looked for information and I did the following:

• ensure the case was correctly charged
• ensure the (right) AirPod was set correctly in the case, gently moving it a bit
• gently cleaning the contact with a q-tip
• Factory reset the AirPods : AirPods inside, open the lid, press for 15sec the back button.
• removed the AirPods from (all) Bluetooth devices

from there:

• during factory reset, the led was green when opening le lid, blank then white when pushing the back button, blank again, then blinked amber, case emitted a beep, led turned green with a little jingle.
• waiting to 30sec
• open the lid again to pair AirPods again, case led green

i did not get the animation on my iPhone 12 iOS 18.5 22F76 to pair again the AirPods (never across all my attempts, like 6)

during my attempts, when opening the lid after factory reset, the led blinked amber and case emitted some beeps.

i do not know what to do next…
