I have hide my email turned on my iphone , i logged into a site with id provided from apple. But I did not recieve any email from that company forwarded to my actual email address. On looking a little more , I find out that the Id created by Hide my email is broken. Now the company has a email that does not work and that is only way to get messages to and from. Please help

It should get received by your associated iCloud address.
If your are using a 3rd party email account as the primary email address for your Apple Account it won't get sent to that address. It gets sent to the associated iCloud address. i.e the one that should have your name and ends in iCloud.com.
What do you mean it's broken? How would it be broken?
Hide My Email addressed forward to email to your iCloud account and nowhere else.

So, say my id created through hide my email is xyz@privaterelay.appleid.com, and If a mail is sent to this address it does not get recieved by the original icloud address.
