How can I save to a file or usb a slideshow currently only on Apple TV 4K?
I cannot find a way to edit or save or transfer a slideshow created on Apple TV 4K

As the photos will have their source in iCloud or from a Home Sharing computer, you would need to recreate such slideshow on a computer. The transitions won’t be an exact match for some effects, as some are unique to Apple TV, but the collection can be.
Photos for Mac can create slideshows with some similar effect choices, including Ken Burns.
Alternatively, QuickTime Player for Mac can record the non-DRM’ed visuals from Apple TV as a movie, when in Developer Mode. Requires Xcode to pair the Mac to the Apple TV box.
