AirPods Pro 2 and Sony TV XR55A80L, only the right earbud can be heard!

Hi, I paired the accessory from the Bluetooth settings.

The TV in question recognizes the AirPods Pro in transmitted audio, but I can only hear audio from the right earbud; the left earbud is muted; basically, it's in mono.

How do I fix this? Is it a compatibility issue? Is there a specific app I can download?

I tried disconnecting and reconnecting, but it doesn't work. The volume also seems low.

Sony support tells me to check if the AirPods Pro 2 are compatible with these Bluetooth protocols:

HID (Human Interface Device Profile)

HOGP (HID over GATT Profile)

A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile)

AVRCP (Audio/Video Remote Control Profile)

SPP (Serial Port Profile)

Are they compatible?

Thanks to anyone who wants to help me

For anyone who might be interested, I'll explain how I solved the problem.

I re-paired with the case open and the earbuds inside, close to the TV.

Both started working.

When I turned the TV back on, the left earbud didn't work.

All I had to do was activate the TV's audio system and switch back to the AirPods Pro to get both working.

The audio quality is satisfactory.
