So most of the time there would be change password on screen time and I had forgotten Apple ID password then I changed it and may have tried 10 times before I could change Apple ID password now I cannot change it.
I am not too sure about this but there have been previous password to screen time password and my friend set it up I don’t know the details now I’m stuck

If your friend set it up, it sounds like they used their Apple Account/Password for Screen Time recovery and not yours. I would recommend contacting Apple directly for your options:

It certainly is worth a shot. You used to be able to connect a phone to a computer and restore the OS to remove the Screen Time Passcode, but I believe Apple closed that loophole as kids were doing it to bypass the controls that their parents had placed on their devices.
