When Stolen Device Protection is enabled, some settings are only allowed with Face ID. Passcode access is no longer an option

Dear Apple Support Team,
I am the owner of an iPhone that I purchased approximately two years ago. Recently, I attempted to reset or transfer the device, but I encountered a message stating that Face ID is required due to Stolen Device Protection being enabled.
Unfortunately, the Face ID on the device is currently not functioning, and I am unable to proceed with any critical settings such as reset or transfer. I am locked out and cannot bypass this screen.
Here are the details of my device:
- iPhone model: iPhone 12 Pro
- Serial Number F18********91/ IMEI: MG******
- Apple ID (email): [ts******e@yahoo.com]
I can provide proof of ownership such as a receipt or invoice if needed.
Please assist me in unlocking the device or disabling Stolen Device Protection.

We can't help you if you don't explain what's wrong.
