Are you possibly using a SIM PIN on your eSIM?

If so, you might try disabling that particular feature for troubleshooting.

Something def seems amiss with your eSIM. (it shouldn’t simply stop working and require you to “cycle it” to regain functionality)

I’ve used dual eSIMs for years w/ 3x different carriers and they’ve never “quit working” on their own.

Contact your eSIM’s carrier w/ the specific details.

If you aren’t satisfied w/ the Tier-1 CSR, don’t hesitate to escalate.

try contacting your cellular service provider to see if they’re the problem
