Suspicious 'Apple security device blocked' page in Safari browser

I suddenly get this page in safari browser with Apple logo and all saying access to this Apple device has been blocked for security reasons. Your computer is infected with Trojan spyware. Contact Apple 1-833-4**-****

is this a scam? If so How to I get rid of it?

It’s a scam as should be completely obvious. You should force quit Safari and then start it back up holding down the shift key so it won’t load the same page again. Then never visit that website again.
