Request for Refund – iPhone 16 Pro Max (AI Feature Failure)

I am writing regarding my recent purchase of the iPhone 16 Pro Max, which I acquired specifically for its advertised AI capabilities.
Despite Apple’s marketing of features such as Live Translate, Live Call Interpretation, AI Photo Editor, Photo Cleanup, and Chat Assist, I have been unable to access or utilize any of these functions. In practice, the device operates solely as a high-end video camera—comparable to an XS Max—without delivering any meaningful AI experience.
By contrast, I have evaluated the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, which offers robust, out-of-the-box AI tools and an S Pen for productivity. This gap between Apple’s promises and the iPhone 16 Pro Max’s real-world performance has left me dissatisfied.
Accordingly, I respectfully request:
- A full refund for my iPhone 16 Pro Max.
- Instructions for returning the device to your Dubai office at the earliest convenience.
