Unable to purchase new AppleCare for devices without existing coverage

I am wanting to get the new apple care for my devices but I don't have apple care and my devices are not even a year old and it won't let me get the new plan. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated!

You can start an AppleCare+ or AppleCare One plan when buying a new product with Apple in person, online, or through the Apple Store app. For 60 days after a new Apple purchase, you can get a new plan through the Settings app on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. You can also upgrade to an AppleCare One plan if you have an active AppleCare+ plan. When you switch plans, we’ll automatically cancel your current one and refund any amount owed.

If you buy a new device, you can buy AppleCare One for that device and add up to two additional devices, which are less than 4 years old and pass an inspection. There is no way to circumvent this requirement if you don't have any devices currently under an AppleCare+ plan. You'll have to wait until it's time to purchase a new device from Apple.
