How can I only show my number to my contact list?
I only want to show my number to my contacts not to anyone else

When you are sending text or iMessage, it is required that your number be shared. As far as phone calls, there are ways to block your Caller ID from being shared. Some carriers allow it to be turned on/off on the iPhone, some require you to contact them and ask. On the iPhone, go to Settings>Apps>Phone>Show My Caller ID, turn that off.
