Got charged double for my iCloud subscription
Hi, i don’t know if you will read my message or not, but i don’t know what to do, i was supposed to renew my iCloud subscription and i did on 27th of July. I paid it through 3rd party app which is Dana from Indonesia. And I noticed that i got double charged for only one month subscription. And I tried to get a refund for one of the charges, but ended up got refunded and got cancelled for my subscription also. I just resubscribed the iCloud again since I need it. I just want to get my money back, its not a big amount but still it’s a money.
I tried to look for a contact service but the website just keep redirecting me to the apple support web, and there is no option for my problem, and i just want to explain what happened so I ended up here.
