You can expect about a 1% drop per 50 charging cycles (25 charging cycles for IPhone 14 and older) with average use on an iPhone. This is an approximation, that is why it may be plus or minus a few percent on a month to month basis.
Apple recommends replacing it when it reaches 80%.

You need to clarify exactly what's happening.
Define "rapidly decreasing battery health".
How rapidly?
How old is the phone? How many charge cycles? What is the current battery health?
Unfortunately, the battery is failing prematurely.
Replace the battery when it is down to 80% Maximum Capacity.
What is the Maximum Capacity of the battery? Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging
How may Charge Cycles has the battery completed?
I know all these things. But the problem is that I am using 15 pro and it’s an advanced model, but the battery health is decreasing by 1% in every 6 charging cycles, and at night the battery drains 10%, 20%, 30% and sometimes 40%. I have purchased my phone from local market from Pakistan its battery health was 94 at that time and the charging cycles was 274 and now the battery health is 87 and charging cycles are 314. And I am so worried about that.
