iPhone notes disappearing after iCloud sync

my phone was bugging like crazy due to low storage, so my sister shared 2TB and once I accepted I started syncing so that I could free up some space. this was a day or two ago and my photos are still syncing, which is fine, however my notes have disappeared. I figured it was an issue in relation to the syncing process however I, 1. Don’t know how to fix it, 2. am scared to in fear it would delete something (the notes in particular) off my phone.

Help pleaseeee!!! 💔

Recovering Lost Notes:

If you have lost the notes, then here is what to try...

A. Start Here: If you're Missing Notes on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

B. Restore from a Backup:

Did your ever back up your iPhone with these installed? If so, back up you could back up your iPhone, and then restore it from the backup.

C. iCloud in Settings:

Look in iCloud settings in each device, and make sure that Notes is clicked. If it is, then unclick it, and then click it again.

Troubleshooting iPhone Storage:

Internal storage cannot be upgraded. It is what it is. So, the maximum internal storage capacity never increases, even if you upgraded your iCloud plan. Learn More here: What's the Difference Between Device Storage and iCloud Storage? Apple Support
