iPhone 11 display broken after face-down drop

my iphone 11 dropped face down and it broke?? no screen cracks, its just black and theres a tiny square like in the picture. though, when i turn on/off the silent mode i can still hear it working, so im guessing it’s the display that”s damaged. is it still fixable? are iphones THIS weak or is it because of my phone case & screen protector? personally ive dropped my ipad and phones on the screen multiple times and not even the screen protector broke 😭

honeslty all i need to know is, can i still repair it? (not me but the repair shop ofc)
