OK. It's not that unusual for out of the box brand new phones to have a bit of a yellow tint, but that typically resolves in a few days. You can adjust color balance yourself, if you want. See this --> Change display colors on iPhone to make it easier to see what’s onscreen - Apple Support

Maybe go to accessibility and look for the colorblind options, maybe you turned on a color filter
