13 iPhone has a very yellow screen tone

A couple of days ago I bought a 13 iPhone and everything is fine except for the color of the screen, comparing it with my old iPhone or mac is just terrible. The True Tone and Night Shift functions are off, and the screen is yellow-green to the point that it is impossible. Tell me what can i do with this, in addition to setting up color filters, it works with lags, some elements are displayed in the same yellow color. In my country (Belarus) there isn’t Apple store, only resellers, iPhone i bought in USA

I applied to this service center and was told that I needed a document confirming the purchase, I did not have a receipt, and they said that apple's international warranty was not valid in Belarus
