While I was sleeping the emergency alarm alert system on my phone regarding a fall or not breathing or no heartbeat went off last night

Has the Digital Crown or Side button been pressed accidentally during sleep?

To rule out a software issue, erase the watch and pair it again, setting it up as a new device.
