I have 1 physical, and 1 esim cards in my iphone 16e. Thre providers are different, in different countries. May I add another esim.

Yes. iPhones support up to 8 eSims added and configured, though only 2 of them can be active at any one time.
Go to Settings ➜ Cellular / Mobile ➜ Add eSim and follow the onscreen prompts.
