How many IP addresses should my iPhone 15 have to be safe from hacking?

I was wondering how many up addresses I’m supposed to have on my iPhone 15. I have 3 and I’m trying to check for viruses and hacking cuz I had all 5 signs of being hacked

This is a meaningless question.

If you had nuclear secrets with a higher classification than "Top Secret" on your computer, then you might want to keep the computer completely disconnected from the public Internet – and stored in a secure location that's under heavy physical guard 24x7.

But for ordinary users, you NEED to have one or more IP addresses if you are going to connect to the Internet at all. Cut yourself off completely from the Internet and you lose much of the value of having a computer (Mac or PC), or smartphone (iPhone or Android phone).

IP addresses are per-interface, and there are two versions of IP protocol: IPv4 and IPv6. So if your phone has both a Wi-Fi connection and a cellular data one, it could have four IP addresses: two IPv4 ones and two IPv6 ones. That, in and of itself, would not be a sign of viruses and would not be a sign of hacking.

t would be a sign of normal operation.

If you are someone who is very high on the world stage, like a Diplomat, elected official, movie star or CEO of a Multi-Million dollar corporation, you MIGHT be worth hacking if you had hundreds of thousands of dollars to spend. If you're not someone like that, you have more chance of winning the lottery with every lottery ticket you buy than being hacked. And there are NO KNOWN Viruses in the world which can infect a non-jailbroken iPhone. I don't have a clue what your question about IP Addresses has to do with either being hacked or getting a virus, neither of which are remotely likely.
