Unresponsive green screen on iPhone 13

I have an iPhone 13 which was in a perfectly fine condition. I have never dropped the phone, always had a case on and kept it with utmost care. Last week out of nowhere a green screen covered my entire phone, I couldn't access anything. My alarm and notifications worked fine as I could hear the sound of notifications and even calls but screen was unresponsive. I saw online that this is a widespread issue in iPhone 13 and iPhone 14 series but I'm not getting the expected support from apple. What can I do here? can someone please help. Thanks

The Apple Service Program has not listed this phenomenon as a known issue.


Regardless, a failing screen requires service.
