my iphone 15 pro max starts crackling sound whenever i watch videos play music or talk on the phone with someone happens often sometimes it stoped also i have lower volume compared to other iphones

To me it sounds like your speakers are going. We had that issue after about 5 years on a MacBook Pro. I'd have Apple take a look at it.
