Request for ARN / Transaction ID for Refunded Purchase
Dear Apple Support,
I am writing to follow up on a refund request.
- Apple ID: mail@gmail.com
- Purchase: Learn English 12-month Plan – USD 99.99
- Refund Date: July 17, 2025
- Refund Status: Marked as "Refunded" in my Apple account
My bank (Trade and Development Bank of Mongolia) has informed me that they have not received the refund yet. They requested that I provide the ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) or Transaction ID for this refund in order to trace the payment in their system.
Could you please provide me with the ARN or Transaction ID for this refund?
