Beats Studio buds feedback and reduced battery life after iOS update

Ever since an iOS update about 2-3 ago, my Beats Studio buds give horrible feedback at times. When I first purchased them the battery life was great (about 6 hrs per bud) now they only last about 3 and pick up all the background noise and reverb it to my earbuds. This is the worse experience I have ever had with an update and it has completely ruined my earbuds enjoyment. Is there a way to get apple to fix this, or are they just going to keep ignoring the fact they try to fix one thing and mess something else up completely?
