How can I silence my iPhone for 1-2 hours?

How can I silence my phone for some number of hours, and then have it automatically return to full sound?

If I am going to a movie, or a meeting or similar, it's easy enough to silence the phone, but 6-12 hours later I find that I have missed calls because I did not remember to set it back.

Use focus settings. For example, you can turn on Do Not Disturb with options. Tap the 3 dots. I'm presented with options for 1 hour, until tomorrow, and until I leave this location.

Fir appointments, theatre etc I use the option in Do Not Disturb from Control Panel "until I leave this location" which requires about a quarter mile movement.
