iphone 16 pro max can't connect to icloud

I recently buy new iPhone 16 pro max from a guy but that can't setup like normal because when I setup the phone as new it doesn't show the wifi networks. And also can't login to my icloud acount. But I can setup the phone without iCloud logging and then show the wifi

Unable to connect to WiFi after restoring iPhone My iPhone 14 pro was in repair, now it is back and I need to restore my phone through iCloud. In the beginning the phone is connecting to our home wifi network just fine, but once I connect to iCloud and I am logged in, the wifi connection breaks and 5G takes over. And when I try to switch wifi off and on again, it seems to connect and it all looks fine, but, in reality, I am not connected. No one else in the house (all iPhone users) have this problem so it seems relating to restoring my phone from iCloud and it starts the minute I log in on iCloud, because after the factory reset it worked fine, until the step in the configuration when you restore your data from iCloud. If you can setup your phone while skipping the steps and connect later from settings , try that.

If the wifi keeps not showing the iPhone might have a problem with the wifi antenna
