Be that as it may, Snapchat is NOT an Apple product, so expecting anyone here to be able to solve an issue with Snapchat isn't likely going to get you anywhere. Most of the other threads you see on this forum are people complaining Snapchat banned them. And in those threads all we can tell them is to contact Snapchat because there's nothing Apple nor anyone here can do for them.

SnapChat is the only one that can solve your problem. There is nothing wrong with your phone and nothing Apple can do to fix a problem with the SnapChat app. It is certainly your choice to quit using an app that performs poorly or if the developer does not provide adequate support to resolve the problem.

Nope, it may be useful for others that have the same question, and now they know that contacting SnapChat support is the only option. If posts were removed, we would continually get the same questions asked, which is unnecessary as they can now find the solution here.

You might want to get into contact with snapchats support to get further support on the issue, because it seems like an issue with the backend of their apps
