iPhone 15 Pro Max Wi-Fi Calling keeps turning on despite disabling

My iPhone 15 pro max will not turn off WiFi dialling, it’s driving me mad as I can’t talk to anyone and move.

don't want it never used it for this reason but just discovered that it’s turns itself on. Gone through some suggestions and restarted but nothing seems to work ?????

Have you tried to forced restart the iPhone to see if the issues persist

Press and quickly release the volume up button.
Press and quickly release the volume down button.
Press and hold the side button.
When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.

And if you try the Forced Restart provided by WheelieNick without any success, you would be best advised to contact your carrier for further help. Some carriers don't allow the user to configure cellular settings from their device, or have carrier account settings that override it.
