I'm not sure why you're telling me this? I said it's not an available option on an iPhone 13 in my first response.

You can be interested, but you will need to buy an iPhone 15 or iPhone 16 if you want to use Charge Limits on an iPhone.

No, you don't need it. Use Optimized Charging and charge your phone all night, every night. That is the same recommendation I would make for anyone that does have the Charge Limit option. You are not reducing your Charge Cycles by using the Charge Limit. The iPhone 13 has a battery expected to last 500 charge cycles and the iPhone 15 is expected to last 1000 charge cycles, and that has nothing to do with the Charge Limit.

It is likely your iPhone 13 is close or already under the 80% Battery Health where the battery would need replacing. That is simply due to use and nothing more.

Sorry, but that is not an available option for an iPhone 13. If you want this option, you are more than welcome to buy an iPhone which does have that option.

Why?

If this were really important, Apple would have made this available in all iPhone updates, since it is a simple software addition to the iOS.

Somehow, iPhones got by just fine for 14-15 years without the Charge Limit gimmick.
