I have a 2024 iMac which has four Thunderbolt 4 ports on the back. I have an iPhone 11 and an Apple TV controller but the cables that came with them don't fit the Thunderbolt 4 ports. How do I fix/adapt to this?

What are you attempting to achieve in connecting your iPhone 11 to your Mac?
Be aware that your iPhone 11 has a Lightning connector - not USB-C.
Thanks. I have ordered a couple of adapters USB-C to Lightning so I can use the old cables and save a few bucks over what Aooke wants for that whole long cable.
