When I take a picture within an iMessage, it auto saves it to my Photo app/camera roll. It still does it after I turned off the “Shared With You” option in settings. How do I stop this auto save?

The Shared With You setting actually doesn't turn that off; content that is shared with you in the Messages app is automatically organized in a section for Apple's native apps, such as Music or Safari. As of now there's no way to turn that feature off. Please submit your feedback to Apple below.
