I have iPhone 14 Pro Max and updated iOS 18.2 (i think)last night. So without any drop or damage today- the screen went pale blue/white and isn’t responsive. When I try a forced reset it flashes on and off.. but doesn’t restart or change in any way. I can’t even power it down. What do I do other than take it to a professional?

Did you try to connect to your computer in Recovery mode?
