'Unknown Microphone Usage' on iPhone despite regular restarts and updates

Hello all. I have the issue that I see has happened to many other people where my microphone is being used by “unknown.” Everything I see says to restart your phone or update it, but I do and the issue persists. It has happened to me through multiple updates and multiple phones. I restart my phone weekly and I have never downloaded any malware as I am extremely careful with downloads and don’t use my phone for downloading literally anything. I want to know if this is some bug or glitch that is going to go away, as it is very frustrating and has been happening for years.
