AirTag useless after battery replacement? But it does sound...then...why it won't even show to pair?

I replaced the battery 3 times....YES...battery is not coated. YES, I cleaned the connectors. YES, I tried to use another iPhone. YES battery are verified for AirTags. YES, the AirTag start sounding as soon as I change the battery. YES, when I place the tag underneath iPhone it displays serial number.

This is 1 out of 8 that I have to change the battery and NO, I will not change the battery of another AirTag as I fear I will have the same result. I am about to keep them in a drawer and going with another brand.
