How do i reset a phone in my account

I have 3 phones on 1 account. The user tried to reset the phone by turning on and off, but the phone won’t reset.

My old i phone cant reset the settings I gave my i phone 7 to my mom. But v r unable to reset all the settings and start brandnew. She couldn't set up her e mail as a new apple id...it does not allow to do so..her mibile can not be registered. Is there another way to fully factory reset the phone n to start new??

Cannot factory reset iPhone with deactivated Apple ID When I was logging into my account on an old Iphone to give to my niece I accidently put in the wrong email address, I then went on holiday and forgot about the phone. Now the account has been deactivated and I cant get into it to factory reset the phone so I can sign into the correct account. I have been putting in the right password but it still says that it cannot log me in.

What exactly do you mean by "reset"? What is the problem you are trying to overcome? Apple has various ways of "resetting" but that is usually understood as completely erasing a device and deleting all data. Do you mean that?
