When I call from my IPhone it displays my girlfriends name and not mine on called ID. How do I change this? It is a company phone and has nothing to do with her.

Do you and your girlfriend share the same Apple Account? If yes, Apple Accounts should NOT be shared. Each person should have their own unique Apple Account. What you've described would certainly cause this.
