Are you saying you previously replaced just a single AirPod, as opposed to the whole thing (charging case + two earbuds)? Apple does not sell individual AirPods through any retail channel, so if this was done by Apple it was likely via a service appointment at the Genius Bar, or a mail-in service request.

If this was done within the last 90 days, you should be able to see it in the Apple Support app. Download the app if you haven't already, then go to the "Activity" tab in the bottom right. If it's older than that, you'd need to contact the store where it was done, or Apple Support if it was initiated online.

Use the search bar in your Mal app, and enter keywords: Invoice Receipt. Simple enough.
