iPhone 16 Pro Max with persistent missed calls and poor signal strength

Anyone else have issues with the iPhone 16 pm? I bought it brand new last spring, had glitchy issues, SIM card failure, …that tech support couldn’t resolve. Under warranty, I received a replacement in July and since Aug 18 I’ve had multiple missed calls everyday. I know this from my family members texting me that they tried calling and it doesn’t go through. This time, tech support is not helping. Restarts, airplane toggles, nothing is working. My bar strength is 1 when others are 3-4.

Have you tried a forced restart to see if the issues persist?

Press and quickly release the volume up button. Press and quickly release the volume down button. Press and hold the side button.When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.

I've tried a regular restart but I will try a forced restart next. Thanks, hopefully that will do the trick.
