No Access To Email Account Attached to Apple ID

So I have an old Apple ID that my account sharing is set from but I am not able to log in as I don't have the password. I have set it to do recover password but I do not have access to the email account connected to it. What do I do? All my Icloud stuff is on there and I have recently had to update my payment card and now the subscription has failed and I cant get in to update it. Please help??

In summary I have no access to the email account attached.

No access to the Apple ID account.

Payment card needs updating as subscription has now failed.
